It has been a while since I put a post together for the NYCR. Most of the cheeses that I have tasted as of late have been from Vermont or Wisconsin. Couple that with my time away or at Lucy’s Whey and I haven’t had a great deal of time to focus on New York specific cheeses and stories. I am working on a couple of posts that extend beyond a review, but I decided to visit one of my favorite seasonal cheeses, right from the North Fork of Long Island.
