Two Cheeses From Sprout Creek Farms

In my last post for the NYCR found here, I had a chance to review a new Beer and Cheese shop that opened in Rhinebeck, NY.  During my visit I had a chance to try a couple of cheeses that I haven’t had before.  I wanted my first post to focus on the actual layout and focus of the shop and save my review of the cheeses as focus for a follow-up.  I didn’t want too much time to pass in between my review of the shop and the cheeses that I sampled, so here it is: Two Cheeses From Sprout Creek Farms
