Cheese Editor

It has been a busy month as far as cheese related plans and activities.  There are some things still in the works, but one of the most exciting developments is that I am now the Cheese Editor for the New York Cork Report!  This is an exciting opportunity as it allows me to collaborate with an intelligent and inspired group of people with a specific focus on New York wine, beer and of course…cheese.  While I will still explore all aspects of cheese with this site, posts for the NYCR will focus on New York cheeses and its artisanal producers.  My first post is New York Cheese: Ewe’s Blue from Old Chatham Sheepherding Company.  I will continue to provide updates here for both sites as I embark on this exciting new venture and relationship.
