Although life has been rather hectic the last couple of weeks, that in no way diminishes my one track mind when it comes to cheese.  Lacking the time to blog as much as I would like, I leave you with shots of the cheese that has consumed my thoughts ever since I took up Saturday residence at Lucy’s Whey.  “Chester” from Consider Bardwell Farm is a bloomed rind cheese that is creamy, pungent, and absolutely delicious.  The balance of flavor with the right amount of salt is perfect in my opinion.  It is one of my go-to recommendations at the shop, and it hasn’t missed yet…
